Orders are delivered within 24 hours if placed before 4 pm

Orders placed after 4 pm will be delivered within 48 hours

Orders in Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October will be delivered between 12 PM to 3 PM.

Orders outside Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October will be delivered between 12 PM to 6 PM.

Our business days are every day except Friday. If an order is made on Friday, it will be as if it’s made on Saturday. It will be delivered according to the previous delivery terms and conditions.

We ship all around Cairo and Giza every day or every other day. A small shipping fee is attached to your order to ensure your meals arrive as fresh as possible.Once delivered, meals should be stored in the fridge right away to preserve quality.

All our products are prepared fresh daily, using premium quality ingredients that don’t have any chemicals or preservatives, so your meals should not stay any longer than two days in the fridge.

Freezer-friendly Meals can be stored up to one month in the freezer. We recommend that you enjoy your non-freezer-friendly meals first to keep your meal planning consistent and avoid spoiling any food.

All Ready-to-Heat Meals are microwavable.

You can heat the meals by following these simple steps:

1. Remove the Plastic wrapping

2. Microwave for 2-3 mins (depending on the power of your microwave) inside the packing while the lid is sealed to preserve the quality of the heating process.

3. If it the meal was frozen, then defrost for 2 minutes (or leave it in the fridge on the night before) and heat it for 2 minutes inside the packing while the lid is sealed to preserve the quality of the heating process.
